This is the last class before Sam takes an extended Spring Break!
This is Bandha practice. The ancients referred to yoga bandha practice as a way of attending to the 'vessel'. Sometimes it's leaky (energy drain). Sometimes it's upside-down (can't get perspective). Sometimes it's tilted (you get it but can't keep it). Sometimes it's dirty (emotional/physical toxicity).
Prepare to be challenged - not necessarily physically. You will be asked to attend to your breath very carefully as we move through simple asanas, repeated for muscle and mind memory.
