In this series, your teen will learn mindfulness and breathing skills to center, focus, reduce anxiety and manage depressive symptoms.
There will be 4 classes held from 4-5 pm on 2 Mondays in November and 2 in December. Here are the dates:
- November 8th and 15th
- December 6th and 13th
