Meditation, Breathing and Movement
Community and Support in "Atomic" Habit Building
I'm Samantha and I have been helping clients heal the past and shape their futures for over 20 years.
The one thing all my clients had in common?
the realization that the key is
Breath!
Do you breathe like a wounded animal? Or a well-fed lion?
This video explains the importance of my holistic approach to shifting anything from mood to sleep, from digestion to chronic pain and disease.
Wounded Animal v:s The Well Fed Lion Metphor 1
I have spent so many years and so much MORE money studying with renowned experts, searching for the key to my own suffering.
young me
Childhood trauma, grief, crippling anxiety, cyclical depression, IBS, and insomnia were my curriculum vitae.
If I'm honest, when I look back I was "powerlifting" all the spirituality, philosophy, psychology, mythology, gross and subtle anatomy, physiology, and techniques I could get my hands on.
It was largely an intellectual process, though I did sometimes get lost in the spiritual junk food and pop psychology.
I was looking for that one special formula that would lift me out of my darkness and enlighten me physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Had I known then what I know now...
All the history, dogma, data, and techniques in the world could not help me if I was practicing without
compassion
curiosity
tolerance
and sincerity.

If you want to shift what is happening in your body and mind, you’ll want to learn to speak the language. Your anxiety or mind fog won’t go away just by talking to your brain. Your digestion and elimination won’t regulate because you tell it to (in English or whatever sie sprechen). The breath is the language your body and mind will respond to. This section offers key phrases you’ll want to know so you can get what you need as you travel your inner landscape.
