Join Samantha Leonard of Davidson Yoga Therapy to learn how your current way of breathing is keeping you sick, tired, angry, hungry, scattered, etc., and a master yogic breathing technique for mental and emotional health.

Breathing For Test Anxiety
The struggle is real! Test anxiety affects all ages sometimes accompanied by headaches, nausea, cold sweats and light-headedness and more. Join Samantha Leonard of Davidson Yoga Therapy for a fun information-packed session on how to create and maintain a cool head, calm body and competent center for your next test and for the test that is life!

Managing Difficult Emotions
If you suffer from anxiety, depression or ADHD or if you love someone who does, you will not want to miss this opportunity to learn how easy it is to manage your moods and your mental focus – no prior experience is necessary!This workshop will introduce you to yoga therapy breathing and movement interventions to quickly address the physiology of Anxiety, Depression and ADHD. Although the class will be geared toward behavioral health, allied health, and yoga professionals, all are welcome to learn these valuable techniques. The library will provide a light, vegan lunch for all participants. Registration is required.
